WHEN IS RENT DUE?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
HOW LONG IS THE LEASE?
Most of our leases are 12 months. However, the number of months may be adjusted so a lease does not end in the dead of winter. Contact us to inquire about a specific rental.
DO YOU HAVE ONLINE RENT PAYMENT AVAILABLE?
Yes.
WHO DO I CONTACT WITH MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS?
E-mail us at Repairs@MonsterProperties.com. Be sure to include your name, phone number, the address of the property and specific details of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours. If it is an emergency, please call us right away.
WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT UTILITIES AND CABLE/SATELLITE TV?

HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN AFFORD THE RENT?
Every tenant’s situation is different. A general rule of thumb is your rent should be no more than 1/3 of your gross monthly income.
DO I NEED RENTER'S INSURANCE?
Yes, you should have renter’s insurance. It is generally between $15-$40 per month depending on coverage.
IS THERE A MILITARY CLAUSE IN THE LEASE?
No, there is not a standard military clause in the lease. We will abide by state laws regarding leases and the military.
WHO HANDLES THE YARD MAINTENANCE?
Please ask about your specific rental.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRASH PICK UP?
The tenant is responsible for maintaining trash service.
CAN I HAVE WORK DONE AT THE HOUSE?
Any work performed on the house must have prior approval from the home owner. Contact us about your plans and we will submit it for approval.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SNOW REMOVAL?
The tenant is responsible for snow removal. If you are unable to perform this function, you may call any local snow removal service.
