If you can't log on, locate the wifi router. In most houses, it is located near the TV area. However, you may have to look around for it.

Try unplugging the router and the modem, wait 20 seconds and plug the modem back in. Wait 2 or 3 minutes for it to completely power back up. Then plug the router in and wait for it to power back up. This will reboot it and usually will get it to work.

When typing in the password to your device, be sure to type it in exactly as shown in this book or on the router. The password may have upper and lower case letters.

Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee usability. Often systems in the area are down due to inclement weather and other causes. This is especially true during peak visitor weekends and holidays. There will be no refunds for lack of internet services.
