How do we assure that your home is not damaged while it is being leased?
We have found through our experience that full documentation before and after each tenant resolves any question about prior damage. We also hold the tenant's security deposit in a trust account. At the end of the lease period we will account for any deductions needed to return the property to move in condition and return the remainder as per our lease to tenant.
