Notify us right away by email if you find something broken or damaged when you arrive. If you do not notify us, we will assume that everything is great. Please do not call. We must have the notification in writing. Your cabin may have some cosmetic defects, which you don't need to notify us about. Please keep this in mind.
Though we try our best to make sure everything is working perfectly for you, sometimes we don’t know when something is not working (such as a coffee pot), unless you let us know.
