Setting Up Utilities

OVERALL INFORMATION

Monster Properties will set you up with water service and have the bill sent directly to you. Please call at least 1 week before move-in to have these utilities put in your name. Ask the utility companies to fax or e-mail you proof (receipt) that you have turned on services. Forward that to us as soon as possible. This must be done before you move in. Your water heater may be turned to low or vacation mode when you move in. You will need to turn it up.
